二、申請人的資格要求
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidder
(a)滿足《中華人民共和國政府采購法》第二十二條規定； (a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China"; (b)落實政府采購政策需滿足的資格要求：（1）扶持中小企業政策：本項目不是專門面向中小企業采購，評審時小型和微型企業產品享受10%的價格扣除優惠。（2）殘疾人福利性單位，并將其視同小微型企業。本項目中小企業所屬的行業為其他未列明行業。 (b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies:(1) Policies to support small and medium-sized enterprises: This project is not specifically for small and medium-sized enterprises, and products of small and micro enterprises enjoy 10% price deduction during evaluation.
