During the service period, the garbage will be cleared every day, and the operation and management will be carried out according to the current environmental quality standards. It is estimated that the average daily transshipment volume of Zhangjiang transfer station is 600 tons, and the total transshipment volume is 273,000 tons. 二、申請人的資格要求
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidder
(a)滿足《中華人民共和國政府采購法》第二十二條規定； (a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China"; (b)落實政府采購政策需滿足的資格要求：（1）扶持中小企業政策：本項目（□是R不是）專門面向中小企業采購，評審時小型和微型企業產品享受10%的價格折扣。（2）殘疾人福利性單位，并將其視同小微型企業。本項目中小企業所屬的行業為其他未列明行業。 (b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: (1) Policies to support small and medium-sized enterprises: This project is specially for small and medium-sized enterprises to procure, and small and micro enterprise products enjoy a 10% price discount during the review. (2) Welfare units for the disabled, and treat them as small and micro enterprises. The industries to which the SMEs belong in this project are other unspecified industries. (c)本項目的特定資格要求：（3）須系我國境內依法設立的法人或非法人組織； (c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (3) It must be a legal person or unincorporated organization established in accordance with the law within the territory of China; (i)符合《中華人民共和國政府采購法》第二十二條的規定； (i)Comply with the provisions of Article 22 of the"Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China"; (ii)未被“信用中國”（www.creditchina.gov.cn）、中國政府采購網（www.ccgp.gov.cn）列入失信被執行人、重大稅收違法案件當事人名單、政府采購嚴重違法失信行為記錄名單； (ii)Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement, the list of parties to major tax violation cases, or the list of records of serious illegal and dishonestacts in government procurement by "Credit China" (www.creditchina.gov.cn), China Government Procurement Network (www.ccgp.gov.cn) ;
