二、申請(qǐng)人的資格要求
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidder
(a)滿足《中華人民共和國(guó)政府采購(gòu)法》第二十二條規(guī)定； (a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China"; (b)落實(shí)政府采購(gòu)政策需滿足的資格要求：扶持中小企業(yè)政策：本項(xiàng)目不是專(zhuān)門(mén)面向中小企業(yè)采購(gòu)，評(píng)審時(shí)小型和微型企業(yè)產(chǎn)品享受10%的價(jià)格折扣。（2）殘疾人福利性單位，并將其視同小微型企業(yè)。 (b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: This program is not specifically for SMEs, and small and micro enterprise products are subject to a 10% price discount at the time of evaluation. (2) Welfare units for the disabled, and treat them as small and micro enterprises.
