The work content includes but is not limited to: carrying out comprehensive on-duty emergency response, street appearance and sanitation inspection, 12345 work order emergency disposal and other networked comprehensive management work to ensure the smooth and orderly progress of urban security work. (For details, please refer to Chapter 3 Procurement Requirements) 合同履約期限：本項目采購預算所涵蓋的服務期限為2024年12月1日起至2025年11月30日。由于預算下撥時間原因，本次采購工作完成前由原服務單位繼續履行服務，在此期間所產生的相關費用，待項目采購完成后由成交供應商按成交價折算支付給原服務單位，費用按成交總價/365*原單位服務天數計算。 The Contract Period: The service period covered by the procurement budget for this project is from December 1, 2024 to November 30, 2025. (a)滿足《中華人民共和國政府采購法》第二十二條規定； (a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China"; (b)落實政府采購政策需滿足的資格要求：（1）落實預留份額措施，提高中小企業在政府采購中的份額，扶持中小企業政策：本項目是專門面向中小企業采購，評審時中小企業產品均不執行價格折扣優惠。（2）扶持殘疾人福利性單位，并將其視同小微型企業； (b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: (1) Implement the reserved quota measures, increase the share of small and medium-sized enterprises in government procurement, and support small and medium-sized enterprise policies: This project is specifically for small and medium-sized enterprises to procure, and the products of small and medium-sized enterprises are not subject to price discounts during the review. (2) Supporting welfare units for the disabled and treating them as small and micro enterprises; (c)本項目的特定資格要求：（3）須系我國境內依法設立的法人或非法人組織（本項目不接受分公司以自己名義參加采購活動）； (c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (3) It must be a legal person or unincorporated organization established in accordance with the law in China (this project does not accept branches to participate in procurement activities in their own names); (4) Have a valid "Security Service Permit" issued by the provincial and municipal public security departments; (5) Subcontracting is not allowed for this project.
