It is estimated that 170,050 tons of decoration waste will be transferred at Sanlin Transfer Station. /b13>Bidders participating in this bidding can bid for one package or multiple packages at the same time, but each bidder can only win one package. (For details, please refer to Chapter 3 Procurement Requirements). 合同履約期限：本項目招一續一的方式，合同簽訂采用一年一簽。年度考核合格后，進行合同續簽。第一期的服務期為2025年02月01日至2026年01月31日。 The Contract Period: The project recruits one and renewes one, and the contract is signed once a year. After passing the annual assessment, the contract will be renewed. The first phase of service is from 01.02.2025 to 31.01.2026. 本項目（否）接受聯合體投標。 Joint Bids: (NO)Available.
二、申請人的資格要求
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidder
(a)滿足《中華人民共和國政府采購法》第二十二條規定； (a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China"; (b)落實政府采購政策需滿足的資格要求：（1）扶持中小企業政策：本項目不是專門面向中小企業采購，評審時小型和微型企業產品享受10%的價格折扣。（2）殘疾人福利性單位，并將其視同小微型企業。本項目中小企業所屬的行業為其他未列明行業。 (b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: (1) Policies to support small and medium-sized enterprises: This project is not specially for small and medium-sized enterprises to procure, and small and micro enterprise products enjoy a 10% price discount during the review. (2) Welfare units for the disabled, and treat them as small and micro enterprises. The industries to which the SMEs belong in this project are other unspecified industries. (c)本項目的特定資格要求：（3）須系我國境內依法設立的法人或非法人組織； (c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (3) It must be a legal person or unincorporated organization established in accordance with the law within the territory of China; (i)符合《中華人民共和國政府采購法》第二十二條的規定； (i)Comply with the provisions of Article 22 of the"Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China"; (ii)未被“信用中國”（www.creditchina.gov.cn）、中國政府采購網（www.ccgp.gov.cn）列入失信被執行人、重大稅收違法案件當事人名單、政府采購嚴重違法失信行為記錄名單； (ii)Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement, the list of parties to major tax violation cases, or the list of records of serious illegal and dishonestacts in government procurement by "Credit China" (www.creditchina.gov.cn), China Government Procurement Network (www.ccgp.gov.cn) ;
