Improve the system and mechanism to ensure the normal, stable and reliable operation of the network and equipment involved in the maintenance project, respond and solve problems in a timely manner, effectively reduce the network maintenance response time, improve the quality and efficiency of the entire network operation, so as to ensure the normal operation of the network, and make corresponding adjustments and modifications to the network according to the changes in relevant national laws, regulations and policies and the development of specific businesses in the new area (see Chapter 3 Procurement Requirements for details). 合同履約期限：本項目預算金額所涵蓋的服務期限為2025年01月01日至2025年12月31日。本次采購工作完成前由原服務商繼續履行服務，如本次成交供應商非原服務商，則新成交供應商按照成交價折算支付給原服務單位相應的服務費用，費用按成交總價/365*原單位服務天數計算。 The Contract Period: The period of service covered by the budget amount of this project is from 01.01.2025 to 31.12.2025.
