We are looking for a gas station to provide diesel refueling service for the bus companies in the new area. There are about 6 refueling vehicles in the Luchao Port area. 二、申請人的資格要求
2. Qualification Requirements for Suppliers
(a)滿足《中華人民共和國政府采購法》第二十二條規定； (a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China"; (b)落實政府采購政策需滿足的資格要求：（1）扶持中小企業政策：本項目（□是■不是）專門面向中小企業采購，評審時小型和微型企業產品享受10%的價格折扣；（2）扶持殘疾人福利性單位，并將其視同小微型企業； (b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: (1) Support small and medium-sized enterprise policy: This project (□ yes ■ no) is specifically for small and medium-sized enterprise procurement, small and micro enterprise products enjoy 10% price discount at the time of review; (2) Support welfare units for the disabled and treat them as small and micro enterprises; (c)本項目的特定資格要求：（1）符合《中華人民共和國政府采購法》第二十二條的規定； (c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (1) comply with the provisions of Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China; (2) Not included in Credit China (www.creditchina.gov.cn) and China Government Procurement website (www.ccgp.gov.cn) the list of persons subject to enforcement for trust-breaking, parties to major tax violation cases, and the list of records of serious violations of government procurement; (3) It must be a legal person or an unincorporated organization legally established in China; (4) Possessing hazardous chemicals trading license; (5) Subcontracting is not allowed for this project. 1.磋商所需攜帶其他材料：本公司不提供上網網絡（WIFI），屆時請供應商代表持提交首次響應文件時所使用的數字證書（CA證書）及備用紙質響應文件前來參加磋商，另請自帶無線上網卡及可無線上網的筆記本一臺（筆記本電腦應提前確認是否瀏覽器設置、CA證書管理器下載等，確保和CA證書匹配可以正常登陸上海政府采購網）。 1. Other materials required for consultation: The company does not provide Internet access (WIFI), the supplier representative is invited to participate in the consultation with the digital certificate (CA certificate) and spare paper response document used when submitting the first response document, and please bring a wireless network card and a laptop with wireless Internet access (the laptop should confirm in advance whether the browser is set, CA certificate manager is downloaded, etc.).
